Hidden Saigon in Berrimah brings the rich and comforting flavours of Vietnamese cuisine to the Laksa Festival with our selection of delicious laksa creations. Laksa is a much loved Southeast Asian dish known for its fragrant spices, creamy coconut broth, fresh ingredients and warming flavours. At Hidden Saigon, we celebrate this much loved dish with our own Vietnamese inspired style, combining aromatic herbs, spices and a rich, flavourful broth.
For the Laksa Festival, guests can choose from four delicious options including our Chicken Laksa, Prawn Laksa, Vegetable and Tofu Laksa. Each bowl is prepared with fresh ingredients and carefully balanced flavours, offering something for everyone including meat lovers, seafood lovers and vegetarian diners.
