The month-long laksa celebration comes to a mouthwatering finale at the Darwin Waterfront!
Explore the hawker-style food market, take on epic foodie challenges, and slurp your way through plenty of laksa before we crown this year’s award winners.
The AYAM Kitchen Stage will be back, with our ‘Friends of Laksa’, including Luke Nguyen, Junda Khoo and Magdalena Roze, joining us for live cooking demonstrations and storytelling.
The Grand Finale culminates with the crowning of this year’s Laksa Festival winners:

Back by popular demand, the Golden Bowl will be prepared and judged live on stage, with the top three venues cooking their dishes in front of the crowd.
