For two years running as one of Darwin’s best seafood restaurants, we thought Laksa Festival was the perfect excuse to have fun with what we do best. This year, we’re bringing local Darwin mud crab and barramandi into the mix with our Laksa Mud Crab, combining two Darwin favourites in one dish.
