This season, Beef & Bar presents A Journey to Laksa — a five-course dining experience that takes the familiar flavors of laksa and reimagines them through seafood, cocktails, steakhouse fire and dessert.
The journey begins with the fragrance of makrut lime and lemongrass, develops through coconut and chili, and reaches its heart with our char-grilled Scotch fillet, before finishing with a refreshing coconut and lemongrass panna cotta.
