Calling all hospitality heroes – the Darwin International Laksa Festival is back for its seventh year, and we want you to be part of the fun!

Registrations are now open to join the month-long Laksa Festival Food Tour from 1–31 October 2025. This is your opportunity to showcase your culinary flair and be part of a Territory tradition that celebrates the bold, diverse and delicious world of laksa.

Whether you serve a time-honoured classic laksa or put a creative twist on the dish, we want to see your laksa on the line-up!

The Laksa League is our interactive online game that helps diners discover participating venues and dishes. Players earn points and win prizes by checking in at venues, sharing their experiences and completing fun foodie challenges. Last year, more than 1,800 players joined the League in its debut – a massive success that drove real traffic to local venues.

📣 Free exposure to thousands of food lovers
Gain visibility with locals and visitors alike through our official marketing channels and digital platforms. Your venue and laksa dish will be promoted as part of the official food tour via the Laksa League.
