Tender shreds of chicken, crisp bean shoots, and fragrant coriander atop a perfectly baked potato, all swimming in our rich and aromatic laksa sauce. It's a fan-favourite and a must-try at the Darwin Laksa Festival. Please note, it's not gluten-free.
