This year we are showcasing yet another different style of Laksa - Nyonya Laksa. Singapore/Malacca style. It is more LEMAK (coconutty) than our normal Laksa, and has no curry powder. Whilst the broth looks no different to other laksa, you have to taste it yourself . This laksa paste is made with lots of fresh ingredients, served with thick rice noodles and a special Nyonya sambal.
